    Founding Attorney

    Joseph F. Zuiker ("Joe") established his private practice in November 1992 and has since been a devoted and zealous attorney in Hawaii's worker's compensation and personal injury community for over 25 years.  In his practice, Joseph has worked diligently and respectfully with the community in achieving fair and just completion of claims with emphasis on returning the injured to gainful employment.  He is dedicated to working together with insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, employers and medical service providers to ensure that clients receive the necessary treatment for their medical improvement, return to work and/or obtain gainful employment, as well as, achieve fair settlement.

    Before establishing his firm, Joseph worked at Hannigan & Ehresman where his work also dealt with worker's compensation and personal injury law in Hawaii.

    Joe was also an active Peace Corps volunteer for a number of years in the Dominican Republic where he helped with creating schools for the underprivileged.  He continues to remain in contact with the school.  

    True to his compassionate and caring nature, Joe has volunteered on several medical missions with the Aloha Medical Mission over the past few years. 

    Joseph received his Juris Doctor from DePaul College of Law in Chicago, Illinois in 1976.  Before attending law school, Joseph received his Bachelor of Sciences in Education and Masters of Art at Northern Illinois University.  He is admitted to practice in Hawaii and Idaho.
